Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Any order placed after 11:00 AM IST will be processed the next business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are also displayed at checkout.
We offer COD service for select pin codes. Additional charges may apply, and COD orders may be subject to verification.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through the provided link.
Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We work with reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Ecom Express, and others to ensure timely delivery.
Additional charges may apply for delivery to remote or non-serviceable areas.
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, our delivery partner will attempt delivery again. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to origin.
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at [support email/phone number], and include your order number and photos (if applicable).
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. For cancellations, contact our support team as soon as possible.
You may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Sale items, perishable goods, and used products are not eligible for return or refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [support email/phone number].
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Delays or failures in delivery due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, etc.) will not be grounds for refund or compensation.
